Il 2 settembre è arrivato anche quest'anno (pensavi di sfuggire, eh?), e devi cedere il passo al tempo che passa.
Evvisto che qui nessuno dimentica il fatto che tu stia invecchiando :cool: ecco un regalino per ricordati quanto gli anni passino xD

A qualche giorno dal concerto, finalmente riesco a scrivere un resoconto che permetta di far capire, almeno in parte, cosa questa esperienza ha significato per me.



Il resoconto è lunghino, quindi lo metto sotto tag.
Inserirò anche qualche foto fatta durante la serata, ma solo in versione "mignon".
Per chi ne fosse interessato, può trovare le altre qua.

( Siamo venuti da mille miglia per mantenere la nostra solenne promessa: far volare le vostre anime. Stasera costruiamo una casa... una casa di musica, di spirito e di rumore. Con la E-Street Band... noi porteremo la musica, abbiamo bisogno che Roma porta il rùmore! )

Ok, niente inglese perchè ho il cervello in pappa e non riesco a mettere in fila due frasi di senso compiuto.
E non è solo colpa del caldo.
Anyway...


Ho aspettato questi giorni per quasi 7 mesi. 7 LUNGHI MESI.
Da quel "lontano" 30 gennaio ho avuto purtroppo modo di distrarmi dal pensiero di quei due biglietti, di questo concerto. Ma ormai è già un mese che sfoggio questo ghigno da scema ovunque e comunque. E c'è gente che inizia a preoccuparsi seriamente della mia salute (senza dimenticare che la mia fama di persona seria, matura e con la testa sulle spalle è andata a farsi benedire già da mò ù.ù)
Ebbene, domani la ragazza siciliana che mi accompagnerà al concerto arriverà a casa mia, e da lì la nostra avventura avrà inizio ♥ lunedì sarà il giorno della partenza, dell'arrivo a Torino e dell'inizio stazionamento davanti all'Olimpico. Martedì sarà il giorno del concerto. Di Bruce Springsteen.

Spiegare a qualcuno che Bruce lo conosce malapena ciò che questa esperienza significa per me è seriamente un'ardua impresa. Ci ho provato con mia madre, con mio padre. Eppure ancora mi guardano stralunati al pensiero che la loro figlia ventiduenne decida di volontà propria di stazionare per più di 24h davanti ad un edificio per un mero concerto.
Ora, capisco che dal di fuori suoni completamente pazzo e un poco creepy... ma io non sto nella pelle. Condividere quest'esperienza sulla strada, con gente che mi comprende in tutto e per tutto... poter parlare di Bruce, delle sue canzoni, dei suoi testi, di ciò che la sua musica ha portato nella mia vita per ore e ore senza dovermi sentire in colpa e pensare "poveretto, questo lo sto proprio asfissiando" è per me una vera liberazione.
Eppoi il concerto... trovarselo a pochi metri di distanza, a urlarti in faccia quelle parole che hai cantato per mesi, per anni nella solitudine della tua camera. Trovarsi davanti colui che per te è la musica fatta a persone. Bhe, ancora non sono in grado di descrivere le emozioni che il solo pensiero provoca in me... nè sono in grado di prevedere veramente ciò che proverò. Di una sola cosa sono sicura: quest'esperienza mi distruggerà. Arriverò in quel prato, canterò fino a farmi mancare la voce, salterò fino a non sentirmi più i muscoli, batterò le mani fino a spellarmele... e tornerò a casa come ragazza diversa. Perchè un concerto come questo, con un significato simile, ha troppa importanza in questa mia forse miserabile vita per lasciarlo andare in modo troppo semplice.

And so... Torino, Bruce, coda per il pit, caldo, afa, acqua, divertimento, mal di gola, mal di muscoli, stanchezza, felicità, frenesia... aspettatemi che arrivo. Porterò con me una compagna: la voglia di divertirsi. E sarà per me uno dei viaggi più belli della mia vita.

Posterò di nuovo in questo livejournal quando potrò dire di avere qualcosa in più.

Last week I saw this beautiful, amazing movie!



As the ‘60s get into their musical stride, the establishment furiously restricts radio airplay. It’s up to the pirate radio stations a-bob in the North Sea, just like Radio Rock, to flood the airwaves with tunes and spiky banter. Life on board, however, isn’t always groovy...

The boat that rocked is one of those really feel good films, that reminds you not to take life too seriously.
It is a light hearted take on the going's on aboard a pirate radio ship during the 1960's, in a time where the government is attempting to shut down all radio stations of the rock and pop variety. The music that defined the generation is being listened to secretly by thousands of Britons.
The colorful characters in the film are played by such stars as Bill Nigh, Rhys Ifans, Nick Frost and Chris O'Dowd and many more big names and famous faces. Each character is wonderfully individual and has their own take when broadcasting the show.
The plot centralities on the character Carl (Tom Suttridge) who has been expelled from school and is sent to stay with a friend of his mother's on the boat of Planet Rock. Each character goes through a personal development and comes out better on the other side.
The final scene in this film is of epic proportions and in my opinion is definitely one of the best feel-good films of the year.

As I promised, I'm finally posting the photos I made to Michael Weatherly! *______*
On May Michael was at the Telefilm Festival in Milan, and I was able to go to see him.
Let me say he's such a brilliant man! He was really funny, I laughed all the time! xD

The Time Traveler's Wife trailer is just been released, and I watched it again and again.
Then I found some good caps (thanks to capathon), so I opened Photoshop (I have Cs3, btw, and it's amazing *__*) and I made some icons.

I absolutely loved the book (I couldn't put it down!), I savored every page. It could so easily have been made unbelievable and false, but Audrey made it so believable. I loved it for so many different reasons, the idea, the way its written... so beautifully. I cried my way through the last quarter of the book.
I found the plot details fascinating. I kept looking for inconsistencies but if there were any there, I never found them. The characters were vividly drawn. I thought Niffenegger did a wonderful job in keeping everything straight, and her perception of time travel was believable and somewhat horrifying. The idea of being able to go backwards and forwards in time is intriguing and somewhat seductive to me, but I wouldn't like the lack of control, or the nudity! xD
And I can't wait to see the movie! I really appreciate both Eric and Rachel, and I think they would be perfect for their characters. Especially Rachel. I love her smile, and I think her face suits perfectly to Clare ♥
And the trailer... god, is so sweet! ;___;




Btw, last month I saw Michael Weatherly (have you ever seen Dark Angel or NCIS?) here in Milan. He was soooooo gorgeous, and brilliant!

Quanto può essere stronza la gente.
Ok, io ho un carattere di merda. Questo è appurato e non si discute.
Però pensano davvero che mi diverta, a dire certe cose?
E' una cosa che ancora adesso, dopo vent'anni, vivo male, perchè mi ha lasciato cicatrici che non se ne andranno. Mai. E pensano davvero che possa scrivere una cosa del genere per farmi figa? Della serie "sì, è una cosa tanto bella che auguro che accada a tutti. Essere una figlia non desiderata, picchiata e abbandonata è proprio una figata pazzesca, dovrebbero provarlo tutti".

Ci vuole davvero niente a non capire ciò che gli altri dicono. A non immedesimarsi. A non capire ciò che si celi dietro a delle semplici parole, ciò che quelle persone possono aver passato.
